Pre-departure for Saturday's "Epic Century Ride." Loveland-Lyons-Estes Park-Loveland. Robin and I both did great for a couple of flatlanders...up until about 8,500 feet, when the heart, lungs and legs began to argue with us. Fortunately the ride peaked at about 9,100 feet so the suffering was minimized.
